NEW TRASH COLLECTION SERVICE – effective April 1, 2022 the new waste removal company for Meadowville Landing will be Zan’s Refuse Service, Inc.

• Trash cans must be put out Sunday evening or Monday before 5:30am
• Trash cans must be placed at the top of the driveway, in front of the garage, visible from the street
• Trash will not be removed if your trash can is next to you’re A/C unit, behind shrubbery, inside fenced enclosures or if access is obstructed in any way
• Please note that Zan’s is in the community all day on Monday so if for some reason your trash can is not emptied, please notify [email protected] within 24hours so Zan’s can return in a timely fashion. Zan’s will return on Wednesday to collect any trash cans that were legitimately missed.
